Lebron James – He attacks the rim and passes the ball as often as he shoots. Can you tell me about 1 or 2 things you do in training to improve your game? Working on dribbling and shooting. What have you learned about team work? If you have good ball movement you can get a good shot. If you get good shots you get buckets. Tell me about your favorite NEO Youth Elite Moment. – This is going to be the first one. I am looking forward to seeing good competition.

Milan Perie is making a name for himself in the class of 2025. He is doing big things on the court. Milan handles the ball well and has a nice shot. He has a great basketball IQ for his age. Kevin Durant because he's really tall, he can shoot, he's fast, he can handle the ball and he loves his mom How much time do you spend training and practicing? Everyday Can you tell me about 1 or 2 things you do in training to improve your game? Ball handling and practice putting alot of shots up Tell me about your favorite NEO Youth Elite Moment? Watching my brother Tae Perie What are you looking forward to during the February NEO Youth Elite Ohio Showcase? Hopefully making the all star game and playing with good players Brandon Rush is in the class of 2019 and is a guard out of Warrensville Heights, Ohio. Brandon is a talented kid on and off the court. He can score from anywhere - 3 point range, under the hoop and hits jumpers. He is fast and shifty with the ball and leaves his defenders on the floor. This kid has great floor vision and keeps his teammates involved. He's a tough kid with a bright future.

I am looking forward to having a break out year during the high school season. What is your GPA? 3.5 What are you looking forward to seeing at the NEO Youth Elite Showcase? I am looking forward to having fun and getting some buckets. What do you love about basketball? I love the life lessons you get from the game. What advice would you give to a younger player? I would tell kids to keep working. Jaylan Hewitt is a senior out of Orange High School located in Pepper Pike, Ohio. He is a 6'4 small forward who can move the ball and loves getting his team involved. He has a smooth jump shot and defends the ball well. I am looking forward to getting on the floor and playing against better competition. What is your GPA? 2.9 What are you looking forward to seeing at the NEO Youth Elite Showcase? I am looking forward to showing everyone how much I have improved since the last NEO Youth Elite High School Showcase. What do you love about basketball? I just love the game. I love all aspects of it. I like scoring, playing defense and getting my team involved. What advice would you give to a younger player? I would tell them to always stay in the gym. If your not in the gym someone else is in the gym working. Alfonse Hale is from the class of 2018 out of Maple Heights, Ohio. Alfonse is a tough point guard who can handle the ball and can score it from all over the court. He is a kid who is not scared of putting in some hard work and pushing himself to the next level. I am looking to keep working on my leadership and to finish with a higher average from last year which was 19.4 points and get to CSU. What is your GPA? 3.5 What are you looking forward to seeing at the NEO Youth Elite Showcase? I am looking forward to seeing the level of competition and the colleges. What do you love about basketball? I love the progression factor of basketball and the hard work and to see myself develop when I put the work in. What advice would you give to a younger player? Where are you from? "Cleveland, Ohio" How is your AAU season going? What team are you with? “It’s going great, I am playing with Coach O Sports Academy. What are your stats so far this season? “Averaging 25 PPG and 8 assists a game” Have you had any big tournament wins? Or will you be in a big tournament soon? “Yes, I had a big tournament in Indiana Spiece and feel I played very well" What is your current GPA? “3.0” What are you doing to improve your game? “I am doing a lot of ball handling and shooting to improve my game!” What are you most excited to see at the NEO Youth Elite Showcase? “I am excited to see if the people who are ranked top in the nation live up to all the hype. So, it's not about who I am excited to see its what I am excited to see.” What are you hoping to accomplish by coming to NEO Youth Elite National Showcase? “I am hoping to get better and show everyone I can compete at a high level.” NEO Youth Elite is looking forward to seeing class of 2019 Ourtney Bryant at our National Showcase in June. He is a talent that you will not want to miss! He can score all over the floor and has some great passing abilities.

We are competing and playing against top teams across the country. What are your stats so far this season? I am averaging about 19 points a game Have you had any big tournament wins? Or will you be in a big tournament soon? We have had a couple of key tournament wins and this past weekend we played in a big All Ohio Super 16 tournament. What is your current GPA? 3.2 but I am looking for that to go up! What are you doing to improve your game? I am working on a lot of ball handling and trying to become a more explosive player. Who are you most excited to see at the camp? I am most excited to play against a lot of the top talent across the world not to see anybody in particular. What are you hoping to accomplish by coming to NEO? I am hoping to get my name out there so will no longer have to introduce myself. NEO Youth Elite evaluators describe Austin Speed as complete player with an all-around skill set. Stood out among his team and displayed an ideal attitude over the course of the event.
How is your AAU season going? “Good so far” What team are you with? “All Ohio Northeast” What are your stats so far this season? “My stats are 13 points and 11 rebounds” Have you had any big tournament wins? Or will you be in a big tournament soon? ”We have won 3 tournaments and came in second in 2.” “Will be in The Family Tournament this weekend in Detroit” What is your current GPA? “3.8” What are you doing to improve your game? “I've training with Brian Swift. Working on ball handling and foot work” Who were you most excited to see at the camp? Looking forward to seeing all the talent and how good they are” What are you hoping to accomplish by coming to NEO? “Make the top 20 All-Star team” NLBAcademy.com wrote about Thomas Wood III saying he has above average change in direction skills and quick handles.
