#151 Nick Speyer- played solid all weekend, wasn't much that Nick didn't do. Really made his living on the defense end and on offense knew where to be at all times.
#96 Kaden Aaron- not many kids that could get the ball out of Kadens hands. He showed great ball handling, and game awareness, defense came easy to Kaden with his quick hands and feet.
#183 Christian Fulton- came in the camp looking for some recognition and I think he did that. Not many people knew Christian was but his play showed them exactly who he was. Great ball player and winner.
#158 Shaun Wood- did work inside and outside. Played off the ball most of the time but when he got the ball he knew what to do with it. Fearless attacking the basket, and aggressive on both ends of the floor.
#100 Luke Janosek- one of the better wing players, Luke knew his position on the floor and did well at it. Great getting to basket, drawing defenders to him creating fouls and easy baskets for other teammates.
#306 Que Miller- got buckets from everywhere this weekend. Que buckets carried over to the top 20 all star game and did what he been doing all weekend and that was score that ball.
#91 Dylan Bartchak- was really impressed on how he played the game. Dylan didn't do anything to hurt his team and made all the right plays. Got our attention seeing how he scored the ball in bunches.
#71 Gary Hills- Gary only knew one thing this weekend and that was score. He didn't see a shot that he didn't like, while doing his shooting he made up missed shots on defense.
#153 Michael Cosma- played solid all weekend along with playing solid he showed great attitude as well. His passion for the game was there and you could tell he was all about his teammates and winning ball games.
#95 Adisa Molton- not only made the top 20 all star game but played so well he was one of the MVPs in the game. Wasn't surprised because Adisa was balling all weekend, in talks of being one of the best guards in his class.
#4 Jyles Branden- one of the best athletic guards at the camp. He used his athleticism to get to the basket, get steals on defense and create for his team. Top 20 all star that earned it.
AKRON
#70 Matt Herbe- the aggressive wing player did nothing but lock down defenders all weekend. Scored when had too but seemed like he got his thrill out of locking up defenders, getting steals and grabbing boards over the big boys.
#97 John Mobley- stole the show in every game he played. John is considered in some people eyes the best 4th grader in the country and he lived up to the hype as well. Mobley has great knowledge of the game and you can tell he's humble about everything people say about him. MVP of the all star game and top 3 players overall in his class.
#19 Amaree Matthew Pickens- great attitude with the will to win. Picked the right shots to take and when to give the ball up on offense. Did well defensively but all around gave a great effort.
#114 Victor Smith- got anywhere he wanted on the floor whenever he wanted. Made scoring look to easy this weekend, finished tough lay ups in traffic and did some work on defensive end too.
#7 Javen Vaughn- was a floor general this weekend. Did everything right on both sides of the floor which got him into the top 20 all star game. Even in the all star game he still was making the right plays and ran the team.
#136 Matthew Ellis- couldn't leave Matt open for a split seconds this weekend. Everyone on the floor knew who Matt was and they did not want to leave him alone. Even though shots where falling he still found his way to get to the basket and get easy buckets too.
#182 Jalen Hightower- name was buzzing all around camp this weekend. He should some flashes at times where he made the crowd turn they head, just have to do it all the time. Made open shots and sprinted back on defense.
#72 Malcolm Lane Je- didn't do much scoring this weekend but that didn't matter to him. He played hard every time he touched the floor and gave 100% effort. Great attitude and very coachable.
#152 Chance McMillan- when the team needed anything Chance was the guy they went too, points rebounding defense did it all. Great motor at all times with a positive attitude.
#248 Cody Head- A top 20 all star and any rebound that came off was in Cody's hands. He was a beast all weekend long in the paint and it was very hard to stop him. Finished well at the rim and drew a lot of fouls. Smooth lefty with a lot of potential.
#78 Justin Wyeasek- was a hardworking animal this weekend, he was on the floor for loose balls and made attempt to get rebounds as well. Can tell he loves the game and if he continue to get better the sky is the limit.
OHIO
#94 Andre Wheeler-He is a quick and good ball handler. He showed he has a high basketball IQ and knows how to run a team. He is also a great defender with a high motor who plays with a chip on his shoulder he is a top 20 all star and is recognized as one othe the top point guards in the nation in his class
#118 Braylon Harris- even tho he played a lot of guard, Braylon seemed like he like getting down with the big boys in the paint. Was impressed to see the guard wanting to rebound the ball like him. With his speed and toughness it can take him far.
#82 Juwan Turner- was impressive because he did many things well. His biggest aspect of his game was that he wasn't afraid to miss shots, guard people and ask questions. We could tell that he wants to be really good and loves the game.
#93 Jaiden Paschal- lightning quick guard with some nice handles. Most impressed with how he gets his team involved and know the right pass to make to the right person. High IQ for the game that loves to win ball games.
#90 Patrick Williams Jr- wasn't hard to find when he played, Williams always made himself be heard on the floor screaming defense or telling his team where to be on the floor. He played on both ends of the floor and finished nice at the basket.
#80 Kellon Smith- controlled the paint pretty much all weekend. His athleticism got him rebounds over everybody and finished every put back. Smith did that so well this weekend that got him a spot in the top 20 all star game. This kids future is bright mainly becasue of his mental toughness and his approach to the game.
#242 Caleb Walker- wanted the challenge to guard every good guard he played against. He didn't back down from nobody and stood up to every challenge. His defense lead him to easy baskets and nice passes to his teammates. Bright future.
#63 Dorjan Flowers- all Dorjan did this weekend was get buckets. Wasn't too many places on the floor that he didn't score from. He became a hot target to some teams and they tried to stop him but that didn't work. All those buckets he gave out this weekend got him in the top 20 all star game.
#11 Jyles Brandon- a top 20 all star and he deserved every vote to get him in. Brandon finished strong at the basket but more so did everything on defense.
#76 Najih Wright- is in talks for being one of the best guards in camp. He made that clear in the all star game when he wanted to check whoever had the ball. There wasn't many kids that could stay in from of him this weekend and he let it be known too.
#17 La Hayes- L.A. L.A, L.A !!!!! Everywhere you go around Northeast Ohio thats what you will hear! did well enough this weekend that got him into the top 20 all star game but when he wanted the people to know he deserved to be in that game. He was one of the MVP's of the games and he was suppose to be because he put up some impressive numbers in the game. One of the top 20 players in the nation in his class.
BUFFALO
#230 Jayvion Moore- big Jayvion knows he's bigger then other kids and he let it be known. The big man made his way to the top 20 all star game by doing one thing and one thing only; Dominate! Without question one of the top 40 players in the nation in his class.
#168 Austin Nellis- not too many kids I seen this weekend that work harder than him. It all started in the drills when he was going hard there and it transferred over to the games.
#123 Germain Marshall- was one of the few kids that just knew out to flat out score. Marshall scoring ability was very impressive this weekend along with his toughness.
#59 Jerry Easter- was balling all weekend and it got him in the top 20 all star game. I don't think Jerry felt like the people were seeing all he has, so he put on a show in the all star game leading everybody in points that got him a MVP trophy. Arguable the #1 player in the nation definitely top 3 player in his class
#150 Markell Johnson Nichols- didn't shy away from competition and took on every challenge. He made the all star game because of it too, impressed on the way he got to the basket.
#79 Rob McFarren Jr- when ask about shooters gotta mention Rob name. He hit some big 3's this weekend and not just regular 3's either. Shot it well enough to earn a spot in the top 20 all star game.
#92 Jake Carrillo- got a lot of buckets easy because he always was just at the right place at the right time. Grabbed rebounds over defenders and went right back up with it drawing fouls and scoring points.
#135 Dailyn Swain- did his thing all weekend long and everybody knew who Dailyn was after it. He was long and athletic every where on the floor doing it all, earned him a spot in the top 20 all star game.
#304 Adam Williams- was a load because you didn't know what he was going to do next. Made some big shots and made some nice lay ups in traffic too. Did that all weekend long and got him a spot in the top 20 all star game.
#149 Sedric Cook- made it be known he deserved a spot in that all star game and that's what he did. Did pretty much everything he needed to do for his team to win and him get a spot in the top 20 all star game.
